At Sahishnu Foundation, we are many young motivated people inspired by Dr. Wasudeorao Bhandarkar’s ideals. We are striving hard to realize his vision of a sustainable, greener planet with universal access to education and healthcare.
The “Sahishnu foundation” is a not-for-profit organization set up in memory of Dr. Wasudeorao Bhandarkar, who himself embodied the very principles propounded in the citation. This organization is registered in the Chandrapur district Charity Commissioner’s office in Maharashtra, India. As a first step towards achieving our caring and empowering goals, we trustees lay the foundation stone of this charity organization on his 71st birthday, 26th February 2021.
